Cancellation Policy 

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to prepare for your appointment. It is very important you arrive to your appointment on time. If you are late, there is no guarantee accommodations will be met. If we are able to accommodate you, the treatment session may be compressed due to delay, and the full amount will be charged. A cancellation fee equaling the amount of chosen service will apply if accommodations cannot be met for appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, a 48-hour notice is required. The cancellation fee will be waived if a 48-hour notice is given. Canceling your appointment anytime thereafter will incur a cancellation fee. Please reach out if you have unexpected exigencies. 

Payment Policy 

• A debit/credit card is required to hold the appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file if you are late, have not given a 48-hour notice for cancellation, or do not show for your appointment. 

Ethical Policy 

• Our priority is your health and wellness. We use adequate draping, and your comfort is very important to us. Please speak with your therapist about your comfort level. This is a professional establishment, and any form of sexual advances will not be tolerated. In part, the therapist reserves the right to end the session, and the card on file will be charged the full amount for the time scheduled.
